Delving into Hilarie's rich background, one discovers her roots in childcare. Early in her career journey, she embraced the role of a nanny, which paved the way for her passion in the sector.
Later on, Hilarie's talents were recognized by the YMCA, where she had previously served as a summer camp counselor and lifeguard. They invited her back, this time, to lead as the Child Care Program Director. However, the corporate world beckoned, and she transitioned into a prestigious role, working directly under the President of an eminent international oil corporation. There, Hilarie showcased her versatility, taking on roles as a part-time recruiter, trainer, and even leading as President for a company-backed social action organization.
Today, Hilarie Rock wears multiple hats – a YMCA Board Member, a hands-on mom, and the heart and soul of Southern Nanny Co. She is unwavering in her commitment to match her clients with the most qualified nannies and housekeepers in the industry.
