The initial $300 service fee begins the search and covers the early recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, vetting, and initial interviews.
Successful Placement Fee
After an agreement has been signed and your nanny has been brought onboard, a placement fee equal to 10% of the nanny's annual salary is due.
